Norton Neighborhoods

This blog tells the story of the Norton Neighborhoods Initiative, a venue and a vision for community development in the southeastern part of the City of San Bernardino, California, around the former Norton Air Force Base (now San Bernardino International Airport). The project is facilitated by Ronald Graybill, PhD, Community Outreach Director for Loma Linda University Medical Center. For more info, see http://www.healthycities.com

Thanks to Mark Jones for supporting the "Job Scouts" neighborhood cleanup efforts along Tippecanoe! Mark's company's newly renovated "Bordeaux" condos open this Friday, March 10, on Tippecanoe near Baseline. And thanks for Nancy Young, Director of the SAC Norton Clinic, and Carolyn Cales of LLU Philanthropy, for helping us arrange to use the van the Rotary Clubs generously provided in support of service-learning trips to Mexico and local outreach as well!
